  • Communicate top loss items to crew and managers.

Visa Holders

  • Review right to work check report- are there any Visa's expiring soon?

  • Complete VEVO tracking sheet. Are there any alterations which need to be made?

Review with Rob and Lou at meeting

  • Sales Ledger Comprehensive/ P&L reports/ Postings report

  • Current QCR + Combined Stat Report

  • Print unexplained difference report for the month to crosscheck with other store

  • Current months EOPS results

  • Register controls spreadsheet

  • Any Shift Assistant/Crew Trainer Promotions/ Management Courses

  • Any opportunities or new ideas to be implemented in the restaurant
