Scope

  • The purpose of this report is to provide a visual inspection of the property condition, check for any signs of damage, maintenance or breaches of the tenancy agreement. It is a snapshot at the point in time of the inspection and is therefore no guarantee of the 'normal' condition in which the property is kept. No furniture or possessions will be moved and no reference will be made to any inventory. This is not a survey and any potential maintenance issue will require investigation from a suitably qualified person. An external visual inspection of houses will be from ground level only and therefore restricted, no external inspection will be done at apartments.
