As part of our inspections we take into account the following housekeeping/cleaning issues

Internal and external areas are kept clean and tidy, with no congestion issues

Where bathroom facilities are provided for public/patron use, an scheduled inspection and cleaning program has been implemented to reduce the potential for slip and fall type injuries

Pallets and other combustibles are appropriately positioned, clear of potential ignition sources and adequately separated from the building external walls

Waste bins are stored inside after hours or appropriately secured (with locked covers) and positioned away from the building or if not possible, against full height, blank non-combustible external walls
