Internal Inspection

  • Are interior walls and baffles free from product residue?

  • Are spray balls in place?

  • Is pipework in good condition?

Manway doors and seals

  • Are Manway doors and hinges in good working order? (Latches/Tabs/Knobs)

  • Are seals clean? (no product residue visibile)

  • Are seals free from cracks and perishing?

Exterior Condition of Tank

  • Are sample taps clean and in good working order?

  • Is a C Spanner fitted?

  • Is pipework in good condition and caps in place?

  • Is the tanker free from rust and cracking?

  • Is valance clean?

  • Are dump manifolds free from product residue, rust and cracking?

  • Are Seals and taps in good condition?

  • Is the CIP system free of product residue, rust and cracking?

  • Is ladder and hand rails in good working order?

Notification & Follow up Actions

  • Please Radio Dispatch on 302 if any defects were found that may affect product safety. Also describe below if something has been done to fix defects prior to loading product. Eg. Re-CIP of unit, changed seals, cleaned valance.
