The date the structure was last inspected - at intervals not exceeding 14 days by a qualified scaffolder for structures higher than four metres?

The structures' classification? (Heavy, medium, light)

Do all platforms higher than two metres have top rails, parallel mid rails & toe boards?

Are sole boards & baseplates used to properly distribute the load?

Are standards, joints, ledgers, transoms/putlogs & ties as per the scaffold plan?

Has a stair or ladder system been provided for access & egress?

Has mobile plant been re-routed away from the location of the scaffold to prevent collision & subsequent compromise to the structure, or barricades, signs, posts, buffer rails, guards or concrete or timber kerbs been used to prevent mobile plant from coming into contact with the scaffolding?

Have zones been implemented around overhead obstructions including power lines in which scaffolding has not been located?

Are scaffolds erected a safe distance away from trenches or excavations?

Are planks genuine scaffold planks in good condition, of uniform thickness (to prevent trip hazards) & secured against uplift?

Are platforms fully decked across their full width & free of gaps?
