3 way valve:

Remove lead seal & wire locking valve in a position

Remove the steel lock forcing valve to stick in central position

Remove associated sticker "Level of 3 way valve is locked". This is not appropriate for Region South Pacific (RSP)

Pressure gauges need to be labelled "indication only" and marked with high or low pressure
-
Attach "OK STAFF" holder and tag on the tank
-
