Guidance: Site Management must use this Permit to Work when electrical works on live services is required to be isolated/ locked off so that no persons are subject to electrical risks. A copy of this document should be used as a working document on site and kept on site for the duration of the project in the site safety file. Support documentation is contained in Part two of the Policy for further guidance.
