  • Excavate Correct Depth of Footings - 400mm Thick with 50mm Blinding Layer. RL 4.1 = Top of Blinding Layer. RL 4.5 Top of Footing

  • Excavate Correct Width of Footings as per Latest IFC Drawings - 750mm wide, 1400mm wide or 1585mm wide

  • Order Correct Concrete Strength for Blinding Layer

  • Concrete Strength N20 or above?

  • Concrete Slump

  • Concrete Qty

  • Pump Required

  • Water Added

  • How much?

  • Pour Concrete Blinding Layer

  • Install Formwork where required. Formwork to be Clean & Free of Organic Matter

  • Prep & Place Correct Reo as per Latest IFC Drawings - N16 Bar Top & Bottom at 150mm Centres with N12 Ties at 200mm Centres. 80mm bottom cover & 45mm cover to top and sides.

  • Prep & Place Correct Stair Footings Reo as per Latest IFC Drawings - 8 N12 Bars with N10 Ties at 175mm Centres. 80mm bottom cover & 45mm cover to top and sides.

  • Prep & Place Starter Bars as per Latest IFC Drawings - N12 Starter Bars at 200mm Centres with 400mm Lap Length

  • Order Correct Concrete Strength for Footings

  • Concrete Strength N40 or above?

  • Concrete Slump

  • Concrete Qty

  • Pump Required

  • Water Added

  • HOLD POINT - PRE-POUR INSPECTION by STP Consultants
