  • Reverse lights are operational.

TIRES

  • Front tires are in good condition with no visible signs of damage.

  • Rear tires are in good condition with no visible signs of damage.

  • The spare tire is present and in good condition with no visible signs of damage.

EXTERIOR BODY AND GLASS (Take photo's of any damage)

  • The windshield is free of cracks and chips larger than a dime.

  • The front hood, grill and bumper are free of damage.

  • The driver side is free of damage.

  • The rear of the vehicle and bumper is free of damage.

  • The license plate is current and not expired.

  • The passenger side is free of damage.

  • The vehicle is clean and free of road grime and dirt.

INTERIOR

  • All seats are in a good and clean condition.

  • All seat belts are in a good and clean condition.

  • All the gauges are operational and show within the acceptable ranges.

  • Vehicle GPS system active & operational (if applicable)

  • The windshield wipers are functioning and in good condition.

  • The heater and defroster are operational.

  • The air conditioning is operational.

  • The interior compartment lights are operational.

  • The interior is clean and free of loose objects.

  • Vehicle is organized properly according to operators position.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

  • Photo of Fuel & Maintenance card secured in vehicle

  • Photo of Vehicle Insurance ID card secured in vehicle

  • Insurance ID is current. (not expired)

  • Photo of Vehicle Registration secured in vehicle

  • Vehicle Registration is current. (not expired)

  • The vehicle is serviced according to the manufacturers schedule.

  • Note the date of the last service.

  • List any Service Lights that are illuminated with vehicle on.

  • Note odometer reading at time of last service.

  • Inspector conducted TEST drive of vehicle.

  • Inspector must make note of any unusual vehicle sounds, vibrations, actions, responses, service lights, etc based on test drive.
