CHECK LIST INSTRUCTIONS

  • Use the following check list as a guide to prepare for your visit and to assure all tasks completed during your visit. Check all tasks completed prior to disembarking the ship. Submit to assigned Supervisor within 24 hours after completion.

GENERAL PREPARATION

  • Possession of Your Valid ID & Passport

  • Review Work Assignment & Prepare Accordingly

  • Review Reports to Identify Any Issues

  • Review Ship Schedule

  • Prepare Needed Tools

  • Prepare Needed Parts

  • Prepare Needed Merchandise

  • Prepare Needed Supplies

  • Prepare Other Needed Work Related Materials

  • Arrive to Port Parking Lot 1 Hr Prior to Embarking Ship

  • Proceed to Ship Employee Entrance

  • Proceed to Ship Security Check Point as Directed

GENERAL SERVICE

  • Embark Ship with all needed Items

  • Review Ship Map to Identify Game Room Areas

  • Proceed to Receptionist & Contact Accounting Rep

  • Obtain Needed Keys & MSC Game Card from Accounting

  • Review Game Room Log Maintained by Accounting

  • Note Accounting Mgr Ship Contact Number for Communication Purposes

  • Proceed to Game Room/Rooms & Conduct Visual Inspection

  • Proceed to Merchandise Room to Obtain Needed Merchandise

  • Stock Merchandisers & Cranes

  • Calibrate Merchandisers if Required

  • Adjust Payouts on Merchandisers & Cranes if Needed

  • Stock & Test Prize Hub

  • Adjust Payouts on Redemption Equipment if Needed

  • Redeem Prize Hub Winner Cards with Accounting & Restock

  • Inspect/Test all Equipment using Assigned MSC Game Card

  • Perform any/all Needed Equipment Repairs

  • Wipe Down/Clean all Equipment

  • Verify any/all Pricing Changes on Equipment

  • Verify Video Game Guidelines Signage Posted in Game Room Area

  • Verify all Equipment Contains Card Instructional Signage

  • Verify Redemption Equipment Contain "E Ticket" & "P" Stickers/Signage

  • Verify all Equipment Properly Positioned & Levelers/Casters Down

  • Verify all Equipment & Locks Secured

  • Conduct Game Room Walk Through with MSC Accounting Rep

  • Return Keys & MSC Game Card to Accounting

  • Disembark Ship with Your Work Materials, Repair Items, etc
