  • (Steps are introduced in a fashion that the cell continues to achieve posted hourly rates)

  • This process is repeated until trainee has full understanding of all of the requirements within the rotation.

  • Trainee is performing all job elements on their own

  • Trainee is building in process, following standardized work, while ensuring all quality attributes for the station are being followed.

  • Trainer certifies each build before placing part in finished goods tote or passing on to the next station.

Builds at Rate - Level 4

  • Trainee is building 100% without trainers assistance

  • Finished goods still flow through C30 where applicable

  • Trainee successfully builds (6) parts at specified rate

  • Trainee successfully builds at rate for 2 hours with zero defects
