  • Review production schedules at each Flexo Press 21, 22, 23, 25, 26 & Offset Press 27.

  • Walk Roll Stock Warehouse.

  • Attend Production Meeting.

  • Update Flexo Schedule.

  • Review CAW Extruder Schedule.

  • Review Pine Bluff & Waynesville Open Order Report.

  • Review Roll Stock In-Transit Report.

  • Communicate with SSR's. Approve Requests for Order Changes, and Expedite Requests.

  • Look at daily issues for example: Shortages, Missed Shipments, Quality, and Roll Stock Issues.

  • Prioritize Roll Stock Shipments.

  • Monitor/Communicate with TMC Regarding Shipment Issues or Concerns.

  • Do a Gemba Walk daily in each department.

WEEKLY

  • Attend Lead Team Meeting.

  • Attend PEPS / A3 Update Meeting.

  • Payroll Approval for Salary Nonexempt EE's Every 2 Weeks.

  • Participate in Board Supply Chain Conference Calls.

  • Participate in Weekly Manufacturing Calls in Plant Manager's Absence.

  • Develop & Communicate Press Schedules.

  • Approve Purchase Requisitions in SAP.

  • Assist with Scheduling Flexo and Offset Down Days.

MONTHLY

  • Complete Safety Audits, SQF Audits, and Monthly Safety Observations.

  • Complete Canton/Waynesville Board Order 2 times per month. Determine the Mode of Transportation for Each Grade and Width.

  • Complete Pine Bluff Board Order 2 times per month. Determine the Mode of Transportation for Each Grade and Width.

  • Verify 6S projects are being maintained - (Visual Audits, See 5S/6S Checklist Document).

ANNUALLY

  • Develop Flexo Block Schedule.

  • SQF Documentation Review.

  • Perform EE Performance Reviews 2 times per year.
