Package Car PMI Audit

Are all the door latches/bulkhead latches lubed properly?

Does the seatbelt have any fraying?

Does the park brake warning light/warning alarm come on when park brake is released?

Is the DIAD scan label legible and usable?

Are there two full sets of keys? Spare in the lockbox?

Does the electric brake motor work key off engine off?

Is the ABS light off?

Does the horn work?

Are there cracks or dings in the windshield in the drivers view?

Do all the lights work?

Was the FAI sticker replaced?

Was the DVIR book replaced, signed off properly? (PMI Complete, OK to operate)

Is all of the required safety equipment present? Hazard triangles, fire extinguisher, spare fuses, ect.

Is the coolant jug full?

Are there any visible fluid leaks?

Is the oil level full on the dipstick?

Is the brake master cylinder topped off?

Was the auto lube pump filled?

Are there any visible autolube leaks?

Does the belt tensioner move freely when pulling on the belt?

Are there any broken/missing exhaust manifold bolts?

Have all of the electrical points been hit with dielectric? (Electric brake motor, starter, alternator, grounds, ect)

Are the batteries clean, connections clean, sprayed with dielectric and tight?

Have all of the lube points been lubed? (Steering shaft X2)

Has the air filter been replaced?

Are there any chaffing points on harnesses/lines that have not been addressed with rub gaurds?

Are there any tires that appear to be under inflated?

Do all tires meet minimum DOT standards? (4/32 front, 2/32 rear)

Do all tires have flowthrough caps?

Are there any visible wheel seal leaks?

Is there evidence the rear differential has been checked for fluid level/topped off? (rear differential plug area clean, wiped off)

Are all of the wheels painted properly? (Black with silver stripe)

Has body touchup been completed where needed?

Have all of the lube points been lubed? (Rear door acutator, hood hinges, rear bumper springs)

Do all discrepancies match the PMI form?
