Was the FAI sticker replaced?

Are all permits and registrations current and accounted for?

Are pedals/pedal pads in good condition?

Is all of the required safety equipment present? Hazard triangles, fire extinguisher, spare fuses, ect.

Is the driver seat in good condition and air supply hooked up properly?

Does the seatbelt have any fraying?

Are there cracks or dings in the windshield in the drivers view?

Is the ABS light off?

Are there any other warning lights on?

Does the horn work?

Do all the lights work?

Are there any audible air leaks?

Do all tires meet minimum DOT standards? (4/32 front, 2/32 rear)

Are there any tires that appear to be under inflated?

Do all tires have flowthrough caps?

Are all of the wheels painted properly? (Black with silver stripe)

Are there any visible wheel seal/hub cap leaks?

Has body touchup been completed where needed?

Is the coolant jug full?

Is the radiator in good condition? (Check when the last radiator was replaced)

Are there any visible fluid leaks?

Is the oil level full on the dipstick?

Has the fuel filter been replaced and does it have a date noted?

Does the belt tensioner move freely when pulling on the belt?

Are the serpentine belts in good condition?

Are there any broken/missing exhaust manifold bolts?

Are there any visible exhaust leaks?

Is the VGT return spring intact, not broken?

Have all of the electrical points been hit with dielectric? (starter, alternator, grounds, ect)

Are the batteries clean, connections clean, sprayed with dielectric and tight?

Are battery cables routed out of the battery box correctly/not chaffing?

Have all of the lube points been lubed? (Steering shaft, ect)

Has the air filter been replaced?

Are there any chaffing points on harnesses/lines that have not been addressed with rub guards?

Are fuel tank(s), tank straps, and fuel cap in good condition? (tank cap tethered and screen installed)

Is the 5th wheel in good condition cleaned off and lubed?

Are the 5th wheel ramps in good condition?

Are the quarter fenders and rear mud flaps installed and in good condition?

Is the rear pintle hitch in good condition, lubricated and the safety pin in place and tethered?

Is the DEF tank securely mounted and free of leaks?

Are air hoses in good condition, hangers installed correctly? Have glad hand seals been replaced if needed?

Is the light cord in good condition, hangers installed correctly?

Is the exhaust stack secured and pipe in the proper position?

Are there any engine/transmission leaks?

Are there any chaffing points on harnesses/lines that have not been addressed with rub guards or rerouted?

Are there any visible autolube leaks?

Was the autolube pump filled?

Is there evidence the rear differential(s) have been checked for fluid level/topped off? (rear differential plug area clean, wiped off)

Are the springs and shackles in good condition with no cracks or breaks?
