• Are Haley+sub contractor wearing the correct PPE. (Hard hat,hi viz, boots,gloves,glasses)

• Are safety glasses,ear defenders,gloves,welding jacket+masks etc available

• Is an exclusion zone in place around steel erection area with Haley keep out signs posted

• Is our work being hindered by other trades entering the exclusion zone

• Are there any holes/leading edges or obstructions within the working area include the access route to the working area ( if so are they well guarded)

• Lifting equipment-is it tagged or marked with the correct colour code

• Are portable electrical tools in good condition + is PAT testing in date

• Is there a full CO2 fire extinguisher in the site van/storage unit

• Is there a fully stocked first aid kit in the van

• Are the welfare facilities provided by the main contractor acceptable (clean,hot,+cold water, drying room)

• Have there been any accident or incident on site this week
