Operating Sequence

Find out the guest name.

Knock on the door three times and announce yourself.

Introduce yourself with your name and greet the guest by name in a courteous and friendly manner.

Confirm with the guest that the laundry list is inside the bad and that it has been signed.

Thank the guest.
