Service Standard

  • The collection for the washing/ironing service must be done within 10 minutes of the guest’s request.

  • When a stain could not be removed from a garment, the guest should be informed by a note (via IPTV)

  • Hanging garments must be returned on wooden hangers.

Operating Sequence

  • Find out the guest name.

  • Knock on the door three times and announce yourself.

  • Introduce yourself with your name and greet the guest by name in a courteous and friendly manner.

  • Confirm with the guest that the laundry list is inside the bad and that it has been signed.

  • Thank the guest.
