Air Conditioning Service Checklist

  • Check and record the louvre temperature

  • Check and clean the air filters using Water

  • Check and clean the condenser coil using water pressure

  • Check and clean AC drain (pipe line & tray)

  • Check for any damage on Processing Control Board (PCB) and sensors

  • Check for any abnormal noise or vibration on Indoor unit

  • Check for any abnormal noise or vibration on Outdoor Unit

  • Check for the normal working of the thermostat control and actuator

  • Check the refrigerant system pressure (psi) and top up

  • Check for proper working of high & low pressure switch

  • Check for any damage or faults on outdoor unit contactor, capacitor or wiring

  • Check for any abnormal noise on compressor

  • Check the compressor terminal status

  • Check for any abnormal noise or vibration on Indoor and Outdoor unit fan motor

  • Check system superheat and sub cooling when applicable

  • Check the Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) for normal working and for any damage

  • Check the Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB) for normal working and for any damage

  • Check the Under Voltage Relays (UVR) for normal working and for any damage

  • Check chilled water units supply and return differential

Electrical Service Checklist

  • Check CB (plugins) main contact

  • Check to see for vibration or noise

  • Check for exposed wires and loose connections

  • Check for overheating wires and copper parts using thermography

  • Check that all covers/ doors are secure

  • Check electrical fittings

  • Clean outer housing panels (DB Box)

  • Inspect for physical damages dents and rusts

  • Inspect/check wire insulation abrasion/damages

  • Tighten bolts and nuts/ loose connections

  • Tighten terminal lugs of wiring connection

  • Test ELCB

Plumbing Service Checklist

  • Check the Silicon sealent around sinks, toilets, tubs and showers

  • Check sinks. Make sure each sink is draining properly

  • Check for corrosion. Corrosion in pipes can create leaks and hamper proper connections

  • Check for leaks in visible pipes, wallpenetrations and along your home foundation

  • Check for puddles of water or watermarks along walls and ceilings

  • Check for cracked tiles in the shower, around sinks or near water pipes

  • Check faucets. Turn on all of the faucets to make sure that none are leaking from the handles or valves

  • Check If interior parts are broken, rusted or otherwise damaged, replace them

  • Check for mildew. Mildew is caused by standing water that may have dried up

  • Check water pressure (Manually)

  • Inspect your toilet flushing handle and the interior of the toilet. Flush every toilet to ensure proper operation

  • Remove and inspect showerhead to check for collected sediment
