Plumbing Service Checklist

Check the Silicon sealent around sinks, toilets, tubs and showers

Check sinks. Make sure each sink is draining properly

Check for corrosion. Corrosion in pipes can create leaks and hamper proper connections

Check for leaks in visible pipes, wallpenetrations and along your home foundation
-
Check for puddles of water or watermarks along walls and ceilings
-
Check for cracked tiles in the shower, around sinks or near water pipes
-
Check faucets. Turn on all of the faucets to make sure that none are leaking from the handles or valves

Check If interior parts are broken, rusted or otherwise damaged, replace them
-
Check for mildew. Mildew is caused by standing water that may have dried up

Check water pressure (Manually)

Inspect your toilet flushing handle and the interior of the toilet. Flush every toilet to ensure proper operation
