Are all Gauges present & working? i.e Water, Vac & Barrel vac

Were there any electrical problems you had to report to maintenance for?

Are the haul-off pads the correct type and in good condition?

Was it reported?

Have all filters been checked and cleaned?

Are the twin water filters (Boll Filters) blue filters in the calbed present?<br><br>Note from maintenance: The framework of the filter must not be unbolted or removed from the mesh filter itself. Keep it all intact and clean until light shines through mesh.

Are tape applicators fit for purpose and is the correct Protape ready for use?

Has it been reported?

Are profile Guides fitted?

Are guards and Emergency Stop buttons working?

Is the swarf extractor unit working

Is the die wired up correctly?

is the correct tool bolted down securely

Are all gates fitted in the correct sequence?

Have you cleared the extruder of all debris?

has any water leaks been identified and reported -WRF / Hazard observation form

Has any flex in the downstream been cleared away?

is the saw unit completely clear from swarf?

Do you have two separate head waste bins ready for regular head waste & freeze recycling?
