Formwork, Falsework, Gas Memberan , Waterproofing & etc

  • As Built for Line & Levels for the location of pour?

  • AS Built For slab penetrations, Service pipes, any Built in Items ?

  • Joint details including waterbars installed per specification?

  • Temporary work design approved and Permit signed off ?

  • Temporary work coordinator

  • If the product is a wall or column, has the correct type of form with the appropriate finish been used??

  • is the area Clean from dust, debris , Broken Tieing wires?
