  • As you walk the line check every process and ensure your critical process parameters are within the green band. Record any that are not.
    At the oven and in packaging physically check current product coming off the line along with your operators, discuss if it matches quality standard photos, Is date code correct ? Is weight correct ? Conduct a metal detector check. Record any discrepancies.
    Score Quality as a whole from 0 to 3.

Production Efficiency

  • Have a conversation with your operators. Have we run at best possible speed ? How fast did we run the divider ? How long did changeovers take ? Are baggers and slicers running at speed ?

Downtime

  • Downtime during the shift excluding changovers, setup and cleandown.
