Is the site compound de-camped?

Are all skips and materials removed from the yard?

Has all plant and access equipment been collected?

Has the Scaffold Loading deck and Haki scaffold been de-constructed?

Are all exit ways clear and unobstructed?

Is site office set up de-camped?

Is all construction signage removed?

Has a PV warning sign been installed on the LV switch room door?

Are PV warning signs installed on the main LV switch?

Has the main switch/ACB been serviced?

Is the PV isolator clearly labelled?

Is installation of Inverter station to the expected standard?

Are all Inverter submains labelled?

Are all CPC's labelled inside the G99 panel?

Are all connections torque marked?

Do all lugs have phase colour heat shrink?

Is the Solar Log installed?

Are all as fitted designs inside the G99 panel and laminated?

Is the emergency shutdown procedure visible on the G99 panel?

Do all Inverters have AC isolators?

Are all inverters labelled and correspond with their AC isolator?

Are all AC runs separate from the DC runs?

Are all Inverters bonded?

Are all containment runs installed as expected?

Is all containment cross bonded?

Are all AC cables dressed in neatly?

Are all DC cables dressed in neatly?

Are all labels and warning notices installed on the cable runs. AC & DC?

Is the installation as per the design?

Are all walkways clear?

Are DC runs installed as per Spec?

Is DC labelling in place?

Are DC containment runs cross bonded?

Are strings supported, No cables laid on roof surface?

MC4 plugs supported?

Any signs of damaged panels?

Are all roof areas clear of installation waste?

Have building regulations works been completed?

Any issues in regards to H&S & Housekeeping with the contractors?

Any issues relating to the outage and support put in place?
