INSTRUCTIONS

  • WHEN: When demolition is Demolition is complete. This inspection must be completed within 48 hours of the demolition being completed.

  • PHOTOS: All Photos should be taken with a Timestamp Camera, and must include the Date, Time, Address of Property, and Lat & Long. Once all photos are taken, the inspector must download the photos to one PDF, and while on site, must email the file to 166_NCORR_OP@timberlinecg.com, and upload to the TCG Field App under "Applicant Info". Before leaving the site, inspectors must call Kiara Castro to get approval to leave.
