All componetnts present and correctly positioned around JIG 123

All componetnts present and correctly positioned around JIG 456

All dimensions critical checked in accordance with drawings

All welds visually inspected

All weld spatter/sharp adequately cleaned/buffed

All removable side/end panels test fitted

All required galv relief holes drilled

Any Steel markings grinded off and wiped down with thinners

All ancillary fixing holes present to avoid need for drilling after galv and exposing raw steel (lights, junction boxes etc.)
