General housekeeping

  • All paperwork archived

  • Cash desk clear of stock, cleaned and tidy

  • All countertops clean

  • All open and full pick &mix bags dated and stored or transferred

  • All remaining pick &mix boots either damaged off or transferred as applicable

  • Slush machine, stripped clean and disconnected

  • Unit fully fronted if possible

  • All stockrooms pulled forward, tidy and cleanned

  • All offices cleaned and noticeboard cleared

  • Coke chillers empty and clean

  • All freezers off, defrosted with lids open

  • Floor clean and rubbish free

  • Rear of unit tidy with no rubbish or fixtures

Profit Protection

  • Safe empty and floats returned to cash office

  • All damages processed and collected by DC

  • All relevant and authorised products returned to DC and paperwork completed

  • All short dated products I.e. drinks etc moved to relevant unit and transfer completed

  • All edible products removed from sales floor
