  • Make table - Pull out, sweep and mop underneath, clean inside and out including shelves and speed ring rails. Put any food inside tubs and onto a trolley.

  • Fridges - Pull out, sweep and mop underneath, clean inside and out removing all debris and finger marks. Clean the seals.

  • Providers - Sweep and mop inside. Clean the seals. Clean inside and out removing any finger marks and debris.

  • Cut Table - Sweep underneath. Clean down the top of cut table including all shelves underneath and crocks.

  • Dough Area - Clean all shelves above and below. All containers must be stored correctly. Tidy tags into correct containers.

  • Pot wash - Clean down pot wash area thoroughly. Including shelving units, shelves underneath and walls behind the bins. Sweep and mop removing all food debris. Drain dishwasher and clean inside. Ensure all pots and pans have gone through first.

  • Pasta dishes and garlic bread trays - Ensure that garlic bread trays and pasta dishes are clean and debris free.

  • Walk in fridge and back area - Brush and mop inside walk in fridge removing all food debris and empty packaging. Do the same in the freezer however don’t mop it.

  • Lids - All lids on pans, trays and products.

  • Hand sinks - Clean hand sinks, ensure free of debris and blue roll available.
