Is work area clear of slip, trip, and fall hazards (cords, spills, small tools, etc)?

Are all means of egress clear and accessible?

Are fire extinguishers mounted in readily accessible locations, in good working condition?

Are first-aid kits easily accessible to each work area, with necessary supplies available including eye wash solution?

Are all tools and equipment (both company and employee owned) used by employees at their workplace in good condition?

Is appropriate protective equipment available in areas where hand tools or equipment may cause breakage and/or flying debris?

Are fuel and oil disposal standards notated and being executed correctly daily?

Has flammable cabinet storage been maintained, free of clutter or hazards surrounding to ensure safe access?

Has all heavy load lifting equipment (lifts, tethers, winches, hoist, lifting slings) been inspected and in good working order?

Has pre-usage forklift checklist been executed in full, with equipment in good working order?

Are eye-wash stations clear, accessible, and up to date?
