This inspection report should verify that all windows and/or patio doors are installed per plans, specifications and manufacturer's recommendations. If deficiencies are noted in this report, submit photo documentation of corrected deficiency to RWC Office Administrator.

Correct size fasteners are being used and are installed at proper frequency.

Building Wrap, flashing tape, caulking, shims etc. are being installed in proper sequence.

Window sill has positive pitch.

Back dam is being installed across the bottom of the window and up vertically a minimum of 6".

Glass variances are being installed at proper locations (tinting, tempered glass etc).

Windows are centered in the rough opening to allow for insulation/caulking etc.

Minimum manufacturer head clearance is being maintained to allow for building shrinkage and settlement.

Patio door pan flashing is being installed properly.

Window frames have been inspected for damage.

Manufacturer's Rep has conducted or is scheduled to perform an Inspection of window installation.

Crew Foreman has changed. If "yes" - stop work and and review information from Window Pre-Installation Meeting.

5 or more photos have been submitted with this report.
