This inspection report should verify that all stucco/EIFS materials are installed per plans, specifications and manufacturer's recommendations. If deficiencies are noted in this report, submit photo documentation of corrected deficiency to RWC Office Administrator.

Kick out flashings installed where required (pitched roof only).

Penetrations have been properly sealed and photographed.

Drip cap is installed over all windows and doors (including hollow metal frames).

Fasteners used are per plan, specification and siding manufacturer recommendations.

If any screws are to penetrate building wrap, a piece of butyl tape has been installed over building wrap prior to screws being installed.

Rain screen is being installed per manufacturer's recommendations.

Proper flashings are being installed at inside corners, windows, doors and at interface with dissimilar materials.

Installation allows for lumber shrinkage and settlement at widows, doors and dissimilar materials.

Metal flashings have minimum overlap at seams and are sealed.

All flashings are positively pitched away from the building.

Decks are flashed per plans and specs. (Includes ice and water).

HVAC units are flashed properly.

Installed with proper minimum clearance to hard scrapes, roofs etc.

System can drain at bottom of walls, windows and all horizontal flashings.

Metal lath are proper gauge, overlapped per manufacturer, and installed with the correct side up.

Brown coat has had proper cure time prior to proceeding.

Expansion and control joint material is approved and is spaced per Architectural elevations. Spacing on Architectural drawings agree with minimum manufacturer's recommendations.

Manufacturer's Rep has conducted or is scheduled to perform an Inspection of installation.

Crew Foreman has changed. If "yes" - stop work and and review information from Pre-Installation Meeting.
