This inspection report should verify that all shingle roofing materials are installed per plans, specifications and manufacturer's recommendations. If deficiencies are noted in this report, submit photo documentation of corrected deficiency to RWC Office Administrator.

Fasteners used are per specifications, correct number are being installed and they are located correctly.

Fasteners are NOT being over or under driven.

Diverted, kick out and other flashings are being installed and are tied into the building wrap shingle fashion.

Ice and water is being installed where specified. (Confirm ice and water is installed specific distance beyond location of warm wall. Larger overhangs may require additional rows)

Ice and water, tar paper, shingle tins and roof edging installed shingle fashion.

Valley metal and other flashings are correct color.

All penetrations are installed prior to shingle install.

All penetrations are flashed properly.

Sheathing has proper gap at peak for ridge ventilation.

All exposed nail heads are sealed with approved sealant.

Manufacturer's Rep has conducted or is scheduled to perform an Inspection of installation.

Crew Foreman has changed. If "yes" - stop work and and review information from Pre-Installation Meeting.

5 or more photos have been submitted with this report.
