Ride RV is good condition and clean

Physically checked all restrains

Staff checks for guest loose belongings when on the ride

Attendants using appropriate Hand signals

Attendants completes a visual and Tug test before the ride

Gates and chains are closed and secure prior to dispatching the ride

Area is clear of slip and trip hazards

Height board are ok and not damaged

Queue area are proper and ribbon fences in good repair

Appropriate signages placed at the ride for loose belongings and Mobile phones

Back up power available at the ride?

Evacuation equipment available at the ride

Permanent fixtures in good condition, e.g. seats, fencing, signage etc?

Is site free from tripping hazards e.g. cables, potholes, footpath defects etc.?

Are all lighting provisions in place and functional?

Are first aid facilities in place?

Are adequate waste bins in place?

Are all potentially hazardous areas closed / or fenced as required?

Have temporary flags/decorations been installed correctly and checked?

All Access stairs are secure and stable

Main OCC / Electrical / Hydraulic rooms clearly marked and defined with appropriate labels and signs prohibiting unauthorized access?
