  • Bushfire requirements met including fire walls where applicable

  • Spout to rain head sealed at wall junction

  • Boundary flashings installed

  • Photo -voltaic panels fitted

  • Rainheads installed as per plan

  • Ensure sufficient silicone used to mitred gutter curb

  • Roof fully screwed down

  • All flashing - apron flashing, maxiwall flashing installed correctly and unscratched and screwed

  • Ensure coloured rivets used to match selected colours

  • Clean gutters and roof of all debris

  • Pops to be fixed via pop river & siliconed properly

  • Manhole and roof access hatches line up

  • Check access for plasterboard delivery

  • Utilise bins wisely ie crush/fold up boxes etc
