GENERAL

  • Site Safety management plan check

  • Double tanking required to all tiled balconies - 1 below screed and 1 above screed above living areas

  • Waterproofing to balconies to be turned up wall 120mm

  • Top of hobs and top of rendered balcony walls (return down 50mm) prior to rendering

  • Ensure webbing mesh has been used in all corners

  • All excess waterproofing must be cleaned off everything

  • Waterproofing to be turned down 50mm inside puddle flanges

  • Ensure water proofing is applied to underside of door frames on balconies

  • Waterproof shower walls 2000mm high

  • Waterproof bath hob

  • Coving to wall floor junctions including all wet areas & behind vanities

  • Puddle flanges to timber floor by plumber - screwed & glued & ensure they are not drummy

  • All joints & nails in timber floor to be waterproofed

  • Balcony hobs & handrail half height columns to be waterproofed prior to base coat. Top edge & return down 50mm
