Coving to wall floor junctions including all wet areas & behind vanities

Puddle flanges to timber floor by plumber - screwed & glued & ensure they are not drummy

All joints & nails in timber floor to be waterproofed

Balcony hobs & handrail half height columns to be waterproofed prior to base coat. Top edge & return down 50mm
