  • Corners & panels line up - string line to be used to ensure all cladding is level

  • All junctions to be finished as per details, clean & tidy & damp coursed appropriately

  • Nails to cladding etc. to be installed straight, in line & consistent

  • Joiners correct & installed

  • Cladding to start 25mm below the slab edge

  • Moldings as per plan

  • Sarking to walls

  • Air vents to base infill & clear of gas bottle location

  • Cladding to finish minimum 100mm above eave height

  • Adhesive joints filled, panels patched, sanded

COLORBOND

  • Cuts to be clean & tidy

  • Flashings as per plan

  • Control joints as per plan

  • Screwed off correctly

  • Channel to eaves installed after lining

  • Foam installed behind windows & corners

  • Check for any scratches and/or damage

  • Screws must line up, same colour & type

  • Gable vents installed

  • Screws must have neo's

MAXIWALL

  • All exposed reinforcement coated (Hexicon)

  • 300mm damp course installed on slab to be trimmed to a 10mm protrusion from wall

  • Control joints installed (mastik on fire walls) - All fire walls to be fully sealed to ensure no gaps & no daylight to be seen

  • Top hat not to be continuous at control joints

  • Top hat runs relevant to wall heights

  • Temporary screw fixing/holes on boundary wall panels to be filled with fire rated silicone

  • Left over panels stacked at front for collection
