Staff briefing

Customer Service

  • Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction

  • Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally

Staff Supervision

  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance as needed

  • Ensure that hygiene and safety standards are maintained

Quality Control
