  • Are all of the refrigeration units (fridges/freezers) working correctly, doors opening/closing, reaching temperature, defrosting as required?

  • Is all of the cooking equipment (ovens/grills/hobs/fryers) working correctly – doors opening/closing, reaching temperature, burners functioning etc.?

  • Are the floors/steps in good repair without damaged surfaces?

  • Are the sinks working correctly, hot and cold running water, draining away quickly?

  • Are the towel and soap dispensers working correctly?
