I have also fully completed the IFS Stock Management Module on the Development Studio, Received the Standard Operation Procedure, titled Field MFT Stock Management Process, from a Team Manager and fully understand how to Order, Receive, Issue and Move Stock on my MFT.
Also I confirm that I fully understand the correct process for Issuing Stock on a service call and the importance of recording the correct work done on my MFT in particular the Action Code.
I confirm that I will not return any Faulty/Old STB's to UTL without first raising an Electronics Return Label through the Uplift Stock option on my MFT.
