  • Issues with guttering, moss growth, slips and trips, allegedly cleared se section, no pre arrangements made. No maintenance being wedged open, pavements most and not level

  • Main reason to today's meeting is the state of repairs to the building

  • Issues with laundry door and other communal doors. Some doors not secure on lock side. Laundry lock still not repaired

  • Doors overall require overhaul or replacement . Skylights to roofs, require maintenance as leaking. Decor of scheme required

  • Problems with central heating, boiler noise, check age and issues. Possibly an override issue, fans come on and make apt of noise, boilers possibly installed circa 2019
