Upon arrival at the store/site

  • 8. Has the site supervisor got the following manuals on site? -The current Screwfix spec manual -The current ADT playbook -The current electrical spec manual

Site setup compliance

  • 9. Is the Health and Safety board fully completed including the following items? (Include photo of the board) 1. Employer liability certificate. 2. Fire action plan. 3. Site rules. 4. Local hospital information including map. 5. Asbestos survey. 6.SSSTS/SMSTS certificate. 7. Health and Safety policy statement 8. First aid certificate

  • 15. Is there a designated assembly point?

Health and Safety folder completion
