The Bars

  • The bartenders/servers keep all bar areas neatly arranged and clean.

  • First drinks are served within five minutes of ordering at a table, or four minutes of ordering at the bar counter, unless otherwise advised by server

  • When a glass of wine is ordered, the bottle will be brought to the table, presented, and poured in front of the guest, offering a tasting sample when appropriate

  • Drinks are marked with a coaster

  • Before picking up the drinks from the bar, ensure that all cocktails are complete with garnish

  • Once the drink is ready, server delivers beverages, always using a tray.

  • The server always serves drinks to the tables on a tray. Drinks are served from the right of the guest with the right hand, never crossing guest middle line.

  • All items ordered are served accurately and server does not have to ask who ordered what

  • Before the drink is finished, the server will approach the guest and offer more drinks.

  • Within 1 minute of glass being empty, the server removes the empty glass, always with a tray

  • Service stations, bar counter and back bar area are Cleanliness & Condition Facility always neatly maintained and eye appealing

  • Bill is accurate & includes correct member/guest ID

  • Staff closes interactions with polite, appropriate remarks - thank them, provide a fond farewell and invite them back to dine soon.
