  • Bulk Oil is within 4 quarts of the on hand count

Service/Job Performance Audit

  • Was there a morning meeting conducted to discuss the daily objectives?

  • Was the smile and water called out and performed in a timely fashion?

Callout/Procedure Check

  • Pit crew challenge passed

  • Hood crew challenge passed

  • Service crew challenge passed

  • Safety crew challenge passed

  • Are the correct callouts being performed?

  • Managers are performing the correct MOD roles and not working on cars.
