Your training in Sky’s safe system of work means you should be aware of the minimum health and safety precautions you must take. After deciding the minimum control measure requirements, determine whether there are any additional hazards present. This will indicate if extra control measures are necessary in addition to the minimum measure requirements. A hazard created by an existing control Must be escalated. Remember - Manual Handling and Slips/ Trips are 2 of the biggest causes of accidents - always assess a job with this in mind.

Once the site survey has been completed correctly fill all required fields on the Site Survey Sharepoint Site. It is imperative that you capture the correct data so that the system can be updated correctly for future visits. Once you are satisfied that you have completed the Hazard Analysis form correctly and captured the correct data for the Property Database. Email a copy of this document by using the export button in the below right corner and pressing send to: Sitesurvey@sharepoint2010.bskyb.com If you are within the North Region Sitesurveyeast@sharepoint2010.bskyb.com If you are in the East Region Sitesurveywest@sharepoint2010.bskyb.com If you are in the West Region Sitesurveysouth@sharepoint2010.bskyb.com If you are in the South Region send a copy to yourself and your Team Manager. Your copy can be stored in your iBooks on your iPad for future reference (see iAuditor 'how to' for support) If at any point you find that it is NOT safe to proceed with your task do not continue any further and escalate to your Team Manager.
