Executive Summary
Executive Summary
-
The report has been produced following my visit to review the HS&E compliance for the MEBF activities at the site. The visit was carried out to review the documentation and working practices arising from the MEBF activities at the building, and to identify any hazard that may arise out of those activities. The report does not directly address risk to the health and safety of the client's staff and/or other persons, but does consider where the maintenance activities could pose a risk to those persons. In general the maintenance activities pose a low risk to NG Bailey employees and other persons, but any issues which were noted during the visit, including during a walk-round of the site, are detailed in the relevant section of the report.
