Shop

  • Are there less than 5 gaps (excl FTG)? and no missing barcodes?

  • Is FTG cabinets as per POG?

  • Is FTG availability acceptable, considering time of day?

  • Is site following HFF Cook Plan? Is the team aware of it?

  • Is the shop front and faced considering trade?

  • Are planograms up to date?

  • Check expiry date on 10 high risk products. Are all products in date & is markdown process followed?

  • Are Emergency Exits, fire equipment, switchboards easily accessible clear?

  • Are Bulk & OL`s displays well maintained?

  • Is front counter clutter free & as per EE guide?

  • Check 10 prices check on random products. Are all prices accurate?

  • Is POS displayed accurately, not faded & as per standards?

  • Is Shop hazard free? If NO -it is captured in Salesforce & job logged with<br>helpdesk?

  • Spot check two equipment checks from previous two weeks. Are the correct<br>number of tempratures taken?(3 times a day for non 24 sites and 4 checks a<br>day for 24 sites)

  • Is site using Drive off folder as per process? Check paperwork to verify.

Stockroom

  • Has defrosted HFF in coolroom got individual date stamp?

  • Is stockroom hazard free? If NO -it is captured in Salesforce & job logged with helpdesk

  • Is stockroom and office as per standard

  • Is yellow height line displayed in storeroom & coolroom?

  • Are all boxed >5KG under yellow line?

  • Are all chemicals labelled & stored as per guidelines?

  • Are TM`s using PPE while performing tasks? (cut resistant gloves when changing bins , goggles and gloves when mixing chemicals)

  • Is Hand Wash POS in place near wash basin? Are TM`s using correct hand wash etiquettes?

  • Are BOH milk bladders kept as per guidline? Is there a lid for bucket trolley<br>available to move milk bladders? Are team following the correct process?

  • Is Organic wheeley bin used as per process? Check for contents of the bin, is the internal bin warning notices displayed? Is the internal bin more than half filled? Is the site disposing milk bottles , bladders and drinks directly to the outside organics bin?

  • Is Emergecny mobile phone charged and available at console for TM`s to<br>use?

  • Is TM uniform as per standards?

  • Is TM aware of Tell CEXP site controllables?

  • Is TM actively upselling? Is the question right?

Customer

  • Is Tell CEXP result displayed with action plan?

  • Are area specific trades driver in place?

  • Are customer toilets operational, clean & well maintained?
