Small Electrical Hand Tools Inspection

INSPECTION TO BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED TO THE SAFETY DEPARTMENT AT THE END OF THE MONTH.

1. Inspect screwdrivers for signs of cracks, chips in the blade, Replace if necessary.

2. Inspect tools for sign it has been used for a pry bar, or as a chisel, Replace if necessary.

3. Inspect all tools to insure they are not altered from their original state and are still in good working condition
-
4. Insure all tool are clean and free of grease and dirt. Clean all tools if needed.

5. Inspect insulated handles to assure the insulation is in tact and not cracked or damaged, Replace if necessary.

6. Assure the tools are electrical rated.
