Order Taking Process

  • How many cars on the lot when you arrived?

  • Length of time to greet and length of time to receive order

  • Smile can be heard in order taker's voice.

  • Order taker suggestive sells.

  • Order taker repeats entire order or asks you to verify on the screen.

  • If it took longer than 5 minutes for your order, were you offered an apology or care token to return?

Delivery of Food

  • Carhop is in proper uniform (name tag, sonic hat, sonic shirt and has a smile).

  • Carhop is either running or skating.

  • Carhop tells you their name during interaction.

  • Cup lid is marked properly.

  • Cup is free of any spills.

  • Mint, 2 ketchup packets and 1 salt and 1 pepper packet received with order

  • Food is fresh (hot food is hot / cold food is cold).

  • Order is 100% correct.

  • Receipt is received (include receipt number).

  • Carhop points out the red button

  • Check back performed within 5 minutes.

  • Was anyone roller skating?
