PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is for those who have misplaced or damaged electronic equipment beyond use and are seeking a replacement device.

AGREEMENT
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have previously had an electronic device assigned to you, paid for by Space Engineering Services which needs replacing due to accidental damage or misplacement by yourself.

Space Engineering Services will cover the cost of one additional device of its kind, and you hereby accept that the cost for any further devices will be reimbursed from your salary.
