  • Has Zone 1 been sorted into Bulk/Promo, Softgoods, Hardgoods and Mixed in preparation for breakdown?

ZBOH Softgoods / Softgoods Day Fill

  • Has all yesterday's Seasonal Apparel been processed onto rails and left in Zone 1 or excess cartons placed into Zone 3?

  • Has all Zone 1 Apparel rails been worked or in the process of being worked to the floor from yesterday's delivery?

  • Has all yesterday's Seasonal Footwear been de-stuffed and left in cartons in Zone 1 to go to the shop floor?

  • Has all Zone 1 Seasonal Footwear been worked or in the process of being worked to the floor from yesterday's delivery?

  • For Zone 3 Apparel excess sitting on pallets, is there one item set up on the viewing rail for each item sitting on the pallet?

  • For Zone 3 excess apparel: are pallets, as well as the viewing rail, organised by gender (Women's, Men's, Boy's and Girl's)?

  • Have all the Zone 2 rails been worked to the floor over the past 3 days? Check the Zone 2 rail sign off sheet to ensure this is happening 7 days a week

  • Review the RP sign off sheets. Are the sheets signed off as worked? Has the stock been worked to the floor as per the calendar? <br>Men's - Monday, Women's -Tuesday, - Kid's - Wednesday

  • Review the Apparel Cube sign off sheets. Are the sheets signed off as worked? Has the stock been worked to the floor as per the calendar?<br>Men's - Monday and Thursday, Women's - Tuesday and Friday, Kid's - Wednesday and Friday

  • SOFTGOODS Feedback - What worked well, what does not work, do you have any further recommendations &/ or questions?

CARS

  • Has a separate "Not on Show", "Shelf not Full" report been printed and reviewed by the Hardgoods and Softgoods Leaders, with the selected pallets/items to be picked given to the Dock associate?<br>Completed Monday to Friday

  • Is the Dock Associate picking the selected 'Not on Show' and Shelf not Full"items?

  • Are the Hardgoods and Softgoods Leaders completing the CARS review as per the calendar?

  • Are the Zone 2 cages being reviewed by the Leaders on the shop floor as per the CARS calendar and process?

  • Are the Hardgoods and Softgoods Leaders printing and using the excess report for not on Shows, Shelf not Full and Incorrect SOH as part of their CARS review?<br>This report represents the Incorrect SOH, Not on Shows and Shelf not Full for Zone 3 pallets.

  • Is there any slow moving excess that has been removed from the Zone 2 cage during the Cage review? If so has it been given to the Dock Associate to list to Zone 3?

  • If the Dock Associate is listing slow moving stock to Zone 3, Are they removing Not on Shows and Shelf not Full opportunities whilst the pallet is down?

  • Are the negative SOH reports for Hard and Soft being reviewed daily?

  • Has the 8 Week Nil Sale report been reviewed this week?

Swarm Fill & Recovery / Refresh

  • Was yesterday's Fill and Recovery completed to acceptable standard? (Recovery must be completed total store regardless of the Fill Completion)

  • Was all stock worked from yesterday's delivery (including RP Footwear and RP Apparel) and is Zone 1 ready for today's delivery?

  • Are New Lines being left on the floor at the end of each aisle and are they being worked by the Leader's as their first priority?

  • Walk the Softgoods RP Apparel areas: Was the Swarm Fill and Recovery adequately completed last night?

  • Walk the Seasonal Apparel and Footwear areas: Was recovery completed in these areas last night?

  • Were all Stock Returns and Labels completed by the Swarm Fill and Recovery team?

  • Does the Fill Leader alternate the order in which they start Swarm Fill and Recovery?

  • Is Refresh happening at approx 11am and 3pm daily?

  • Does the Store Manager lead the Refresh process? Are all Leaders and Associates (including BOH Associates) participating in the Refresh?

  • CARS, Swarm Fill & Recovery, Refresh Feedback - What works well, what does not, do you have further recommendations &/ or questions?

Process Board set up

  • Has the Store set up the Process Noticeboard in a prominent location? Wither in the Stockroom or a high traffic area? Is the material on the board printed in colour?
