Visit Summary Toowoomba is a Flagship store and a busy trader. The store has a multi level BOH connected with a Goods lift. The stores Systems and teams are stretched at various times of each and every day and throughout the week depending on the catalogues and retail events. The team has many challenges managing high stock levels, store stocking, relays and presentation and customer service. The store has a OSR. Whilst the sell area appears to be well maintained, the general Safety issues and hazards observed rotate around day to day upkeep and house keeping in the BOH. , for example maintaining open Clearways ( fire exit) passageways, resorting and rationalising fixtures storage which appears to be spread about at all points of the BOH, safe stock storage and movement in store.
