Taping Prior to Primer Quality Control

Confirm all rooms remain clear of all subcontractor material storage during taping

Confirm cornerbeads and 093 control joints are floated at the ceiling and floor lines to minimize gaps to the T-bar and base

Confirm wall is finished down to floor at areas with roll-up flooring or exposed floors with no base

Confirm inside corners are hand sanded (walls & ceilings)

Check around the door and window jambs to make certain there are no chatter marks on the walls, and frames are clean of excess mud

Confirm walls and frames in room sand corridors are clean of excess mud from skimcoat

Confirm electrical boxes, etc. are clean of taping mud

Confirm any patches have been floated and primed by painter prior to paint

Confirm door and window frames are cleaned off of excess mud
