Daily Manager Responsibilities ( MR )

  • Are all SPL's correct, verified and ready for the day's business?

  • Are all office(s) well lit, clean and secured?

  • Was security alarm properly armed/disarmed with no errors?

  • Are all Screenwriter alert messages investigated and resolution documented?

  • Are CCTV/Security Cameras working, DVR showing the correct Date/time and those with accessible systems visible on the network?

  • Are showtimes correctly listed on REGMovies.com and Fandango.com for todays showtimes?

  • Are all devices (MBO, POS, CAT, Scanners, etc. ) connected through Vista?

  • Are all safes currently in use working correctly and have no issues with locking mechanism or battery for electronic lock?

  • Are all CC/ALD devices accounted for and charged for use?

  • Is the high lift properly stored with lanyard and harness attached as well as the manual and inspection forms?

  • Personal protective equipment and lockout/tagout kits available?

  • SDS sheets available in all areas where chemicals are stored?

  • Are the key and log for server rack secured in the safe?

  • Are all required licenses posted and unexpired?

HVAC - Energy Management and Manual Thermostat Status ( EM )

  • Are the thermostats or energy management system functioning correctly? (Novar, NextRev or similar System)

  • Are temperatures and occupancy times set correctly for the current showtimes?

  • Have any hot/cold or alarm issues been addressed or called into HVAC vendor as needed?

  • Any issues noted with the HVAC system? Note in comments if so.

  • Were all temperatures checked thru building during operational hours (open to public) and between 68-72 in all areas? Note issues in comments.

  • Were all temperatures in energy management system verified to be set for non-operational hours at 55-80? Note issues in comments.

  • HVAC Manual - Are all Plastic Lockboxes for thermostats secure?

  • HVAC Manual - Were ALL individual thermostats working? If no, note in comments.

  • HVAC Manual - Note time HVAC system powered on and off in comments.

  • Occupied Regal standard set points for Occupied should be Heat to 68, Cool to 72

  • Regal standard Un-Occupied set points should be Heat to 60, Cool to 80
